Properties
Sodium orthosilicate is a white granular or powder product that is non-toxic, odorless, and harmless. Readily soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol and acid. Its aqueous solution has stronger alkalinity than metasilicates with excellent detergency, emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, and penetrating properties.
